faqsWhat clients often ask about

What does Endlesss actually do?

Three things. Films and advertising, photography, and a monthly slate of social content. The three work together. One shoot can carry months of content, and everything we make for you shares the same look.

Is the work filmed, or generated?

The films are AI generated, every frame. The photography is captured on a professional DSLR camera, either on location or in our studio. A project can use either, or a mixture of both.

What decides what a film costs?

Complexity and length. A film with several characters and several locations takes more time than one character in one location, so every film is quoted per project.

How long does it take?

About a week for a thirty second ad, as long as feedback comes back promptly. We agree a delivery date on every project before it starts. Monthly content arrives as one slate, once a month, on an agreed date.

Who owns the finished work, and where can we use it?

The finished films and images are yours to use across your own channels. Music is cleared for that use and included in the price. Anything wider, paid media, broadcast or out of home, is quoted separately, because the licensing behind it is different. The proposal spells out which you are buying.

What counts as a revision?

One consolidated set of notes on a delivered piece: gathered on your side, sent in one go, and actioned together. On brand films and commercials the number of rounds is agreed in advance. On the monthly packages, Essentials includes one and Signature and Flagship include two. A change of direction after approval is quoted as new work.

Is there a minimum commitment on the monthly packages?

Yes, three months to begin with, then month to month after that. A month is not long enough to judge whether content is working, which is the whole reason the term exists.

Do we need to supply photography?

No. You are welcome to supply your own photography, as long as it is high resolution. Pictures taken on a phone rarely hold enough quality and detail to be used in AI generations, and the work is only as good as its source. When we photograph a product ourselves, we are capturing the specific angles and details it needs in order to hold up in the video generations.

Do you schedule and post the content for us?

Yes, as an add-on to any monthly package. Content only works if it goes out on time, and posting is the step that slips when a team is busy, so we take it on and make sure it happens. Without it, posts arrive finished, captioned and sized for the feed, ready for you to publish.

Can you work to our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. Palette, type, tone of voice and the things you never do are exactly the constraints that make the work look deliberate. Brand guidelines are requested as part of the brief.

Will people be able to tell it was made with AI?

Sometimes. Where a piece has synthetic characters in it, what we advise is a small mark in the corner noting that the work was made with AI. Told up front, nobody feels misled. Where there are no characters in the work, the question rarely comes up at all. How you handle it is entirely your call, and we are happy to follow whatever you prefer.

What about faces, voices and likeness?

The people in our films are generated synthetic characters. We never build a character from a real person’s face or reference image. Voices are licensed for commercial use.

Do you work with brands outside London?

Yes. Most of the work is made remotely. Only live performance and fashion require us to be in a particular place, so for a shoot outside London, travel is agreed in advance.

What if we do not like it?

That is what the revision round and the review point partway through are for. You see the work as it develops rather than meeting it finished, so anything heading the wrong way is caught while there is still time to change it.

What do you need from us to start?

First a conversation, so we understand properly what you are trying to achieve and who it is for. After that, your brand assets, any product or images you already have, and one person on your side to approve the work.

If the answer you want is not here, email us.
